I don’t know what it is about the approach of fall that makes me want to decorate!
Most of us can hardly wait for September’s cooler temperatures and all the autumn flair. Pumpkins in cheery orange or elegant white. Leaves in rich, glorious amber and crimson. Pumpkin-spice-flavored everything (maybe not cereal or Oreos, gotta draw the line somewhere). Reminders to give thanks.
It’s not too early to begin pondering fall and to find a few items to spruce up your home for the season. I like to choose most of my autumnal décor to last from September through Thanksgiving, so I get the most bang for my hard earned bucks.
I’ve searched out some great deals for lovely fall décor on Amazon. For my search, I looked for items available on Prime because of the free two-day delivery. Get more information and a free 30-day trial here.
I also gave myself a budget of $30 or less because I can’t afford to pay serious coin for seasonal decorations. Bargains make me smile!

Without further ado, here are 16 fabulous fall finds in eight different categories. I tried to find an option that reads more chic and the other more country. They’re all available on Amazon for under $25, with the exception of a candle set that’s a few dollars more. Several items are under $10.
LIGHTS
Festive lights are not just for Christmas. They can increase the cheer factor in your outdoor fall décor.
Chic option: These fall solar string lights in orange, yellow and green could wrap a tree, line a path or frame a door.
Country: This fall leaf garland with battery-powered lights would look great day and night on your front porch.
PILLOWS
Country: Fun message for all those Pumpkin spice-loving people on this pillow cover or this more colorful pillow cover (note: you’re going to need a pillow to stuff inside).
Chic: For those craving a simple graphic statement, consider these Wonder4 Maple Leaves pillow covers:
PRETEND PUMPKINS
Country: Want a set of pumpkins that inspire you? Here you go, a set of 3 fall inspirational pumpkins.
Chic: For a more elegant approach to pretend pumpkins, try this rose gold LED pumpkin.
BANNERS
Country: The pumpkin burlap banner has a repeating design of bright pumpkins, perfect for a fall porch display.
Chic: This Give Thanks burlap banner would look great on your mantle or strewn over a door or window. It’s simply lovely, and I love the reminder.
KITCHEN & TABLE
Country: Happy Fall placemats will brighten your kitchen table throughout the season.
Chic: I’m a word nerd, so I adore this Harvest Words kitchen set (oven mit, potholder, two dish towels):
COZY THROWS
As the nights grow colder, snuggle underneath one of these autumn-hued throw blankets. Both are machine washable and suitable for indoor or outdoor use (great for those chilly football games).
Chic: For an simple geometric look, try the yellow chevron throw blanket.
Country: The fall throw in orange is woven with country coziness.
CANDLES
Country: For those of you who can’t get enough of the pumpkin spice scent, this long-lasting soy blend candle earned rave reviews on Amazon. Spicy pumpkin scented candle from Way Out West.
Chic: These are a little more than $25, but I had to include this set because of the name. Old Factory (get it?) Fall Harvest Collection comes in Pumpkin Spice, Cranberry and Autumn Leaves. These simple white candles with the old-fashioned label would go with any décor. They’re soy candles with a devoted following.
TALKIN’ TURKEYS
If scarecrows are the friendly ambassadors of September and October, turkeys take over the top spot in November.
Chic: This set of six small white ceramic turkey figurines would add a bit of whimsy to your Thanksgiving table.
Country: What does the turkey say? Gotta love the gobble. Here’s a turkey door hanger that would make a fun alternative to a wreath.
